Orders Shipped to U.S. Addresses

Waiting for packages to come can be an irritating experience, and we promise to get out your order as quickly as possible. Any order for stocked items that is received Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this might go out the next day, and of course weekend orders will go out on Monday. Shipments will not be processed on holidays.

Emergency Shipments needed after office hours, weekends or holidays can be made with a special surcharge.  Please call out toll-free number (1-800-275-3181) and listen for the number of the person on call.

Shipments can originate from any of our warehouse located in Texas (Houston, Beaumont, Dallas or San Antonio) or Louisiana (New Orleans).

Customer Order Pickup ("Will Call")

This option is now available to our customers in any of our stocking locations in Texas (Houston, Beaumont, Dallas or San Antonio) or Louisiana (New Orleans).  Call us to confirm availability.  The merchandise will be ready in approximately three hours at our stocking location for you to pick up. The last time for same-day Customer Pickup order submission is three hours before closing - Customer Pickup orders placed thereafter will not be ready for pick up until 8:30am the following business day

Our warehouse hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm CST Monday - Friday.

Orders Shipped to Canada

We ship to Canada via UPS.

All orders received by 2:00 PM CST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day for stocked items. Orders placed after this will go out the next day, and of course weekend orders will go out on Monday. Shipments will not be processed on holidays.

Any import duties or handling fees will be charged.

Please be aware that our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Unfortunately, every country has different rules and regulations regarding import duties, so it is impossible for us to know whether or not your package will be assessed with any import duty. We suggest that you contact your local customs office with any import questions you may have.
